Kimberly Stallcop and Jamie Perkins, both of Cordelia, announced plans to marry on July 31, 2007, in Maui, Hawaii. The bride's parents are Doug and Debbie Stallcop of Napa and her grandparents are Warner and Karen Smith of Oakland. The bride graduated from Vintage High School in 1998. She is a police technician for the American Canyon Police Department.

The groom's parents are Gary and Sherry Perkins of Napa. His grandmother is Ferne McGraw of Napa. The groom graduated from Vintage High School in 1996. He is a service advisor at MCM Jobes Repair in Napa.
