Home-made Pasta

Ingredients
1/3 cup semolina
2 whole eggs
2 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Mix it in a mixer 5 to 7 minutes. It should feel silky. With pasta, you want to over knead it.
Using a pasta machine, roll the dough out to desired thickness, and cut into the strips.
Cook al dente in boiling, salted water.
