On Saturday, 80 people, mostly couples, gathered in the sanctuary of First Christian Church of Napa for the marriage seminar “Headship in the Family: A Biblical perspective on how we live it out.”

How much does the Napa County Unified School District receive, per square foot, for every building permit issued for new homes built, additions to existing homes, and for each commercial building. This fee is to be used to add on to schools or put aside to build new schools.
