Napa’s future Oxbow Public Market — nothing more than mounds of dirt and idle heavy equipment — existing only on blueprints — held its official grand opening.

Built at the site of a former house on First Street near Warren Street, Queen Anne Court is an infill development of three single-family detached custom homes in Old Town Napa.
