What makes a ‘welcoming congregation’?
Rev. Bonnie Dlott, minister of the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the North Bay, notes that “some Unitarian Universalists are puzzled by the effort it takes to become a ‘welcoming congregation,’ asking ‘aren’t we welcoming enough?’” Sunday, Rev. Dlott will explain what it takes to obtain the official “welcoming congregation” designation from the Unitarian Universalist Association, explaining “why it matters and how our Fellowship is taking on the task.” The Fellowship meets at 11 a.m. at the Boys & Girls Club of Napa Valley, 1515 W.
