DA has wrong priorities

Dear editor,

I do not hold the same compassion for DA Gary Lieberstein as Ms. Lamb ("Lieberstein a compassionate DA," May 19) does. I'm a retired police officer and a current licensed private investigator. I work many cases in Napa County and I've seen firsthand how the DA's office has maliciously prosecuted individuals on very weak cases, and neglected to prosecute others on stronger cases.

In my professional opinion, this DA should be run out of town on a rail! This town needs new leadership in the top prosecutor's position.
