Dear editor,

I have been a Gary Lieberstein supporter ever since his first election. When he initially ran for office, I wasn't sure who the best candidate might be, and asked a friend in law enforcement. His answer was that Gary Lieberstein was head and shoulders above the other candidates. Gary got elected and my friend proved to be correct. Gary Lieberstein has assembled the best team of investigators and staff that this county has ever seen. In the years that I have been involved with city affairs, including as planning commissioner and city councilman, I have had an opportunity to get acquainted with Gary. His enthusiasm and passion for the office that he was elected to serve is still as strong as it was when he was first elected. The district attorney job is very demanding, and Gary has continued to faithfully represent the office, successfully prosecute, and be a victims' advocate. I am sure he will continue to be one of the finest district attorneys we have ever had. Please join me in supporting his re-election.
