Residents of Napa, Gina Garaventa and Scott McClellin announce their engagement with plans to marry Sept. 16, 2006, at the Napa Valley Country Club.

Gina is the daughter of Gary and Patty Garaventa of Napa and Florence Garaventa of Salem, Ore. Gina graduated from Napa High School in 1995 and is employed as a floral designer with Garaventa's Florist in Napa.

Scott is the son of Sam and Marilyn McClellin of Napa and the grandson of Bea Hellmann of Napa. Scott graduated from Napa High School in 1990 and is employed as a carpenter with Archuleta & Associates in Oakland.
