The Napa Valley Grapegrowers, USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service and the Napa County Agricultural Commissioner's office will hold an agricultural flood recovery town hall meeting, open to the public, March 14, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Yountville Community Hall.
