Residents of Napa, Danielle Presley and Jack Harris announce their engagement with a wedding planned for Oct. 7, 2006, at St. Apollinaris Church.

Danielle is the daughter of Gary and Judy Presley of Modesto. She graduated from Thomas Downey High School in 1999 and earned an associate's degree from Fresno City College in 2001. Danielle is a junior varsity softball and volleyball coach at Vintage High School and is employed by Behavioral Counseling and Research Center in San Rafael as a behavioral assistant at El Centro Elementary School in Napa.

Jack is the son of Don and Isabel Harris of Napa. He graduated from Justin-Siena High School in 1988 and earned an AOS in culinary arts from California Culinary Academy in 1991. He is a sous chef at N.V. restaurant and lounge in Napa.
