Flood information:
* Assistance with water damage, environmental cleanup, general contractors, janitorial services, equipment rental, plumber and electrical contractors call the Napa Chamber of Commerce at 226-7455 between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
* Assistance with residential and business cleanup call the Volunteer Center at 252-6222.
* The Community Foundation of the Napa Valley has established the Neighbors Fund to support flood relief efforts. Contact Terence Mulligan at 254-9565.
* City inspection teams are available to answer questions and assist with emergency flood related inspections to determine safety and ability to return to homes or businesses. Call 257-9540.
* Building fees will be waived for flood damage repairs.
* Residents can report damages and losses to the city at 258-7813.
* Residents experiencing mental health crises or a need to talk about personal concerns related to the storm and flooding may call 253-4711, 24 hours a day.
* The city public information office is sending field teams to affected flood areas to distribute cleanup information. Teams will be located at Rite-Aide at Riverpark Shopping Center; Home Depot at South Napa Marketplace; Orchard Supply Hardware at Bel-Aire Shopping Center; Wal-Mart on Lincoln Avenue; Safeway on Clay Street and Vallerga's Market on First Street and Silverado Trail.
* Debris boxes are stationed at Behrens Street, near the bridge; Seminary Street, near Vallejo; Arroyo Street, Main and Napa streets; Main and Vallejo streets; Ida Street off Lincoln; Iroquois Street; Imperial Way at Jordan Lane; Brown and Clinton streets; Caymus and Yajome streets; Napa Street between Yajome and Main; First Street and the Trail; First and Juarez streets; Juarez Street, south of First Street; Tannen Street; South Coombs, near the Tannery; Soscol and Lincoln avenues; Pear and Main streets; Soscol at Souza Lane.
* Sandbags are available at no cost 24 hours a day at Memorial Stadium. Bring your own shovel and buckets.
