Gunby-Vieau

Residents of Napa Heather Renee Gunby and Brett Steven Vieau were married July 30, 2005, at First Christian Church.

The beautiful ceremony music was played by the bride's step-mom as the bride and her dad proudly walked down the aisle. Along with the bride and groom's vows, family vows with both Adrian and Daven were also shared. They received their own rings as tokens of their family commitment.

Heather's matron of honor was her best friend Armida Gutierrez and her bridesmaids were childhood friend Renee Brambila, the groom's sister Jacqi Craig and Shara Torres, the bride's step-sister. Brett's brother, Greg Vieau, was the best man and the groomsmen were Tony Chavez, the groom's step-dad, Kenny Vieau, the groom's dad, and friend Josh Autry. Brett's niece Taylor Chavez was the flower girl and the ring bearers were Adrian Alfaro, the bride's son and Daven Vieau, the groom's son.

The couple held their reception at the groom's parent's home and honeymooned in Maui for one week.

The bride is the daughter of Diane and Richard Harrington of the Polynesian Islands and Rick and Laurie Gunby of Mammoth. She is the granddaughter of Jack and Bev VanPolen of Napa and Bob and Norma Gunby of Camino. Heather is a Victim Advocate for the Sexual Assault Victim Services Program of the Volunteer Center of Napa Valley.

The groom is the son of Tony and Kathy Chavez of Napa and Kenny Vieau of Napa. He is the grandson of Elmer and Judy Smith of Napa and Kathy Housh of Napa. Brett is a servicemaster of American Canyon as a Fire and Water Damage Restoration Technician.
