Judging from her commentary ("'Foul pay' is a shameless special interest bill," Sept. 2), Nancy Tamarisk takes her talking points directly from the Greenbelt Alliance. They clearly state they will use local voices to defeat our initiatives, but really!

Proposition 74 is one of two measures on the Nov. 8 ballot that would change the way that business is done in California's public schools.
